FeNi50 alloy powder is a kind of iron nickel alloy powder made of 50% iron and 50% nickel. In order to ensure that the iron nickel alloy powder produced in batch meets the requirements, the content of iron and nickel is generally controlled within 50 ± 3%.
FeNi50 Alloy Powder Application
FeNi50 alloy powder is a kind of powder for magnetic core with high magnetic flux. Its bias performance is the highest among all powder core materials. It is very suitable for applications with high power, high DC bias and high AC bias at high power frequency.
Compared with the standard molybdenum permalloy MPP core of 7500 Gauss or ferrite of 4.500 Gauss, the high flux core has a saturation flux density of 15000 Gauss. The core loss of high flux powder core is significantly lower than that of iron powder core. In most applications, the size of high flux cores may be smaller than that of iron powder cores.
FeNi50 alloy powder is mainly used in switching inductor, on-line noise filter, flyback transformer, power factor correction and pulse transformer, etc.
