Hafnium diboride powder is a kind of hafnium boride ceramic powder with gray appearance and metallic luster. The chemical formula is HfB2. The melting point is 3250 ℃. Hafnium diboride has high conductivity and stable chemical properties. It hardly reacts with all chemical reagents (except HF) at room temperature.
