Zirconium sheet refers to a thin zirconium plate with a thickness less than 6 mm. Zirconium sheet is a high-purity zirconium sheet made by melting or pressing and sintering high-purity zirconium powder to form zirconium slab, and then undergoing a series of processes such as rolling, annealing, and surface treatment. Compared to zirconium plates, the thickness of zirconium sheets is thinner. According to the different purity grade, the zirconium sheet grades are mainly divided into UNS R60700, R60702, R60705, R60001.
Zirconium Sheet Application
Zirconium sheets can be used in various occasions and fields. The details are as follows:
1. Zirconium sheets can be processed into zirconium products such as
zirconium strips, zirconium foils, zirconium evaporation boats, etc;
2. High purity zirconium sheets can be processed into rectangular
zirconium sputtering targets for sputtering coating.
3. Zirconium sheets can be processed into components, structural parts and connectors in aerospace, military, nuclear reaction and atomic energy fields;
4. Small sized zirconium sheets can be used for scientific research experiments and testing.
