Titanium is a silver white transition metal. Its chemical symbol is Ti and atomic number is 22. Titanium is located in the fourth cycle and IVB group in the periodic table of chemical elements. It has the characteristics of light weight, high strength, metallic luster and resistance to wet chlorine corrosion.
Titanium strip refers to the 0.10-5.00 mm titanium strip of produced by repeatedly rolling
titanium rods or
titanium plate blanks through a rolling mill. According to different purity levels, titanium strip can be divided into Grade 1 and Grade 2 titanium strips. Titanium strips are mainly used in high-tech fields such as aircraft, spacecraft, submarines, nuclear power plants, medical treatment, high-end racing, and civil fields such as metallurgy, chemical engineering, and decoration.
Titanium Strip Application
We can produce and provide Grade 1 and Grade 2 titanium strips. Titanium strips are mainly used in high-tech fields such as aircraft, spacecraft, submarines, nuclear power plants, medical treatment, high-end racing, and civil fields such as metallurgy, chemical engineering, and decoration. The details are as follows:
1. Titanium strip can be used in nuclear plate heat exchangers;
2. Titanium strips can be used as electrodes, condensers in power stations, and environmental pollution control devices.
3. Ultrathin, ultra-flat, high-performance precision titanium strip can be used in industries such as smart phone screen liners, hydrogen fuel cells, and so on;
4. In the petroleum industry, titanium strip is mainly used for various containers, reactors, heat exchangers, pipelines, pumps, and valves.
