Tungsten strip refers to a thin metal strip with a thickness between 0.1 and 1.0 mm. The thickness of the tungsten strip is thicker than that of the
tungsten foil. However, compared to tungsten plates, the thickness of the tungsten strip is relatively thin. It is a tungsten metal strip between tungsten foil and
tungsten plate. Production process of tungsten strip : Tungsten billet (raw material) - Inspection - hot rolling - leveling and annealing - alkali washing - Inspection - warm rolling - vacuum annealing - Inspection - cold rolling - leveling - shear vacuum annealing - Inspection - packaging.
Tungsten Strip Application
We mainly provide high-purity tungsten strips above 3N5 (99.95%). Tungsten strip can be widely used in the production of sapphire crystal growth furnace reflector, cover plate, vacuum furnace reflector, hair band, connectors, sputtering targets for plasma coating, high temperature resistant boat dishes and other products.
