Calcium is a kind of metal with silver white solid appearance. The chemical symbol is Ca. The atomic number is 20. Calcium is in the fourth cycle and IIA group in the periodic table. Calcium is insoluble in benzene, slightly soluble in alcohol, soluble in acid and liquid ammonia.

Calcium sputtering target is a kind of high purity calcium raw material by sputtering deposition.
