Zinc sulfide is an inorganic compound with white to grayish white or light yellow appearance. The chemical formula is ZnS. The density is 4.09g/cm3 and the melting point is 1850 ℃. Zinc sulfide is soluble in dilute inorganic acid, soluble in alkali and insoluble in water.
Zinc sulfide sputtering target is a kind of high purity zinc sulfide raw material by sputtering deposition. According to the different shapes, zinc sulfide sputtering targets can be divided into circular, rectangular, square, annular, oval, cylindrical, planar, rotatable (rotary) zinc sulfide targets. Zinc sulfide has excellent physical properties, such as wide band gap, high refractive index and high transmittance. It can be used in optical, electronic and optoelectronic devices. Zinc sulfide can also be used to make white pigment and glass, luminous powder, rubber, plastic, luminous paint, etc.
Zinc Sulfide Sputtering Target Application
