Zinc telluride is a compound of group Ⅱ - Ⅵ. The chemical formula is ZnTe. In hydrogen atmosphere, tellurium and zinc are heated together, and then sublimated to produce reddish brown zinc telluride. Zinc telluride is widely used in semiconductor materials because of its wide band gap.
Zinc telluride sputtering target is a kind of high purity zinc telluride raw material by sputtering deposition. According to the different shapes, zinc telluride sputtering targets can be divided into circular, rectangular, square, annular, oval, cylindrical, planar, rotatable (rotary) zinc telluride targets. Zinc telluride can be used as semiconductor, infrared material, green light emitting device, solar cell, waveguide and modulator.
Zinc Telluride Sputtering Target Application
