Capillary tube usually refers to a thin tube with an inner diameter equal to or less than 1mm. It is called capillary tube because some tubes are as thin as hair. Because different customers have different requirements for sizes, we uniformly refer to tubes with thinner diameters as capillaries.
Titanium capillary tubes are small diameter pure titanium tubes made by melting or sintering high-purity titanium powder into titanium rod billets, followed by a series of processes such as rolling, cold drawing, and piercing. According to the different purity levels, pure titanium capillaries can be divided into four grades: Gr. 1, Gr. 2, Gr. 3, Gr.4. According to the different section shapes, titanium capillary tubes can be divided into circular titanium capillary tubes, rectangular titanium capillary tubes, square titanium capillary tubes, etc. At present, we mainly produce and provide circular titanium capillary tubes. The titanium capillary tubes of rectangular, square and other special shapes will be determined according to the actual situation.
