Titanium bar refers to a type of high-purity titanium bar made by pressing and forming high-purity titanium powder, followed by a series of processes such as sintering, extrusion, processing, and polishing. According to the different cross-section shapes, titanium bars can be divided into titanium round bars, titanium flat bars, titanium square bars, titanium hexagonal bars and so on. According to chemical composition, industrial pure titanium bars are mainly divided into four grades: Grade 1, Grade 2, Grade 3, Grade 4.
Titanium Bar Application
Titanium bars can be used in different occasions and fields depending on their purity and shape. The details are as follows:
1. High purity and ultra-high purity titanium bars can be used as
titanium sputtering targets for sputtering coating;
2. High purity titanium round bars can be used in plasma rotating electrode equipment to manufacture spherical titanium powder;
3. Titanium bars can be machined into vessels such as
titanium crucibles and titanium evaporation boats;
4. Titanium bars produced by forging can be used to produce structural components, fasteners, forgings, and die forgings in industries such as aerospace, chemical industry, shipbuilding, shipbuilding, medical, sports, etc.
