Copper crucible is a pure copper crucible made of high purity copper raw materials. According to different shapes, copper crucibles can be divided into tapered, square, rectangular, cylindrical and boat copper crucibles. Copper crucible can be used for evaporation coating.
According to the different processing methods, the copper crucible can be divided into four types: stamped, machined, sintered and welded. Among them:
Stamped Copper Crucible
Stamped copper crucible is to select high-quality copper plate with appropriate mold for single or multiple stamping production, and finally produce qualified products. This process has moderate cost, high dimensional accuracy and relatively high mechanical properties, which is suitable for the production of small and medium-sized crucibles.
Machined Copper Crucible
Mechanical processing of copper crucible is to select high-quality copper rods, and finally produce qualified copper crucible by turning. It has excellent mechanical properties but wastes a lot of molybdenum material, and the cost of copper crucible is relatively high.
Sintered Copper Crucible
Sintered copper crucible is to select suitable
copper powder, press it by isostatic pressing technology, and then carry out vacuum high-temperature sintering to produce copper crucible blank, and then cooperate with mechanical processing to finally produce the required size. This process is suitable for the production of medium and large-scale copper crucibles.
Welded Copper Crucible
Welded copper crucible is to roll copper sheets or copper foils with appropriate size, weld at the joint, weld round plate at the other end of cylinder, and finally conduct proper surface and weld treatment, size correction, and finally produce qualified crucible. It is suitable for producing rectangular copper crucibles with thin walls, large dimensions, or high processing difficulty.
Copper Crucible Application
