Tungsten plate refers to tungsten metal plate with thickness more than 5 mm. The surface of tungsten plate can have rolling surface, alkali washing surface and polished surface. It is made of tungsten powder by isostatic pressing and sintering at high temperature. After rolling, tungsten plate and tungsten plate are cut and formed by plate shearer. According to the purity of raw materials, tungsten plates can be divided into 3N5 (99.95%) high-purity tungsten plates, 4N (99.99%) high-purity tungsten plates, and 5N (99.999%) high-purity tungsten plates.
Tungsten Plate Application
Tungsten plates can be used in different occasions and fields depending on their purity and shape. The details are as follows:
1. High purity tungsten plate can be processed into rectangular
tungsten sputtering target material for sputtering deposition coating;
2. Tungsten plates can be processed into tungsten products such as
tungsten bars,
tungsten sheets,
tungsten strip and
tungsten crucibles ;
3. Tungsten plates can be used for processing ion implanted parts;
4. Tungsten plates can be used to make electric light source parts and vacuum devices;
5. Tungsten plates can be used to make insulation screens and heating elements for tungsten boats and high-temperature furnaces.
