According to our experience, when using vacuum sintering silicon carbide ceramics, the sintering temperature should be controlled at 2000-2150 degrees, the sintered ceramic density can reach more than 3.10-3.15 g/cm3, and the ceramic hardness can reach 3000-3600 Vickers.
