    Tungsten sheet refers to a thin tungsten plate with thickness less than 6 mm. It is made of tungsten powder by isostatic pressing and sintering at high temperature. After rolling, tungsten sheets  are cut and formed by plate shearer. Compared to tungsten plates, the thickness of tungsten sheets is thinner.  According to the purity of raw materials, tungsten sheets can be divided into 3N5 (99.95%) high-purity tungsten sheets, 4N (99.99%) high-purity tungsten sheets, and 5N (99.999%) high-purity tungsten sheets.

    Tungsten Sheet Application

    Tungsten sheets can be used in various occasions and fields. The details are as follows:
    1. Tungsten sheets can be processed into tungsten products such as tungsten strips, tungsten foils, tungsten evaporation boats, etc;
    2. High purity tungsten sheets can be processed into rectangular tungsten sputtering targets for sputtering coating.
    3. Tungsten sheets can be used for processing ion implanted parts;
    4. Tungsten sheets can be used to make electric light source parts and vacuum devices;
    5. Tungsten sheets can be used to make insulation screens and heating elements for tungsten boats and high-temperature furnaces.
