Zirconium is a silver gray high melting point metal with atomic number of 40 and atomic weight of 91.224. The melting point is 1852 ° C, the boiling point is 4377 ° C, and the density is 6.49 g / cm3.

Zirconium Strip Application
Zirconium has good corrosion resistance, high melting point, high hardness and strength. Zirconium strip can be widely used in the following occasions:
• For the manufacture of high temperature superconducting materials.
• Electrode assemblies, foils, flange bolts, tubes and rods for special applications.
• Zirconium alloys are also considered as promising materials for commercial amorphous metals, also known as metallic glasses. Compared with ordinary metal materials, amorphous metal has no grain boundary, which leads to better wear resistance and hardness.
• Zirconium strip has a wide range of applications in medical devices, such as zirconium implants.
