tantalum powder into
tantalum rod billets, and then undergoing a series of processes such as cold rolling or cold drawing. According to different processing techniques and pipe diameters, tantalum tubes can be divided into
tantalum capillary tubes, seamless tantalum tubes, and welded tantalum tubes.
Tantalum Tube Application
Tantalum tube has the characteristics of high melting point, corrosion resistance, and good cold working performance, which can be used in different occasions and fields. The details are as follows:
1. Tantalum tube can be used in aviation and aerospace industry, high-temperature technology, atomic energy industry and chemical industry. It is mainly used to make parts of supersonic aircraft, rocket engine, spacecraft combustion chamber, high-temperature furnace parts, parts resistant to nitric acid, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid corrosion, etc;
2. High purity tantalum tubes can be used as
tantalum sputtering targets for sputtering deposition coatings;
3. Tantalum capillary tubes are used as
medical tantalum imaging rings in medical imaging equipment;
4. Tantalum tubes can be made into evaporation vessels such as
