Titanium tube is a type of high-purity titanium tube produced by melting or sintering high-purity titanium powder into
titanium rod billets, and then undergoing a cross rolling, piercing, and rolling process. According to the different purity levels, titanium tubes are divided into four grades: Gr. 1, Gr. 2, Gr. 3, Gr. 4. According to different applications, titanium tubes are divided into
titanium capillary tubes, seamless titanium tubes, welded titanium tubes, and titanium tubes for aerospace propulsion systems.
Titanium Tube Application
Titanium tubes have the characteristics of light weight, high strength, and superior mechanical properties. It can be used in various occasions and fields. The details are as follows:
1. Titanium tubes can be used for heat exchange equipment, such as tubular heat exchangers, coil heat exchangers, serpentine heat exchangers, condensers, evaporators, and conveying pipelines. Many nuclear power industries use titanium tubes as their unit standard tubes;
