    Vanadium tube is a high-purity vanadium tube made by melting or sintering high-purity vanadium powder into vanadium rod billets, and then undergoing a series of processes such as forging and rolling. According to different tube diameters and processing methods, vanadium tubes can be divided into ultra-thin walled vanadium tubes, seamless vanadium tubes, and welded vanadium tubes.

    Vanadium Tube Application

    Vanadium tubes can be used in different occasions and fields depending on their diameter, wall thickness, and purity. The details are as follows:
    1. Ultra thin walled vanadium tubes can be used to prepare high-purity hydrogen gas. The high-purity metal vanadium ingots that can be directly used for rolling processing are refined by electron beam Vacuum furnace for many times, and then rolled into thin wall vanadium tubes with a diameter of 6mm, which can replace the existing expensive palladium and its alloy ultra-thin wall tubes to produce hydrogen. The hydrogen production cost is lower, the hydrogen permeability is higher, and the hydrogen has unlimited selectivity, which has a very high application prospect;
    2. High purity vanadium tubes can be used as vanadium sputtering targets for sputtering deposition and coating;
    3. Vanadium tubes can be used as structural components or protective tubes in fields such as machinery, automobiles, shipbuilding, railways, aviation, bridges, electronic technology, national defense industry, etc;
    4. Vanadium tubes can be welded to produce evaporation vessels such as vanadium crucibles.
