Molybdenum spraying wire, also known as spraying molybdenum wire, is a process that uses ammonium molybdate or high-purity molybdenum oxide as raw materials to reduce molybdenum powder. The molybdenum powder is then processed by isostatic pressing and sintered at high temperature to form molybdenum rods. The molybdenum rods are then rolled and processed into 5-6 mm thick wires at high temperature, and finally, the 5-6 mm thick wires are stretched through one or more passes to produce molybdenum wires for spraying that meet the size requirements.

Molybdenum Spraying Wire Application

Molybdenum spraying wire is a metal spraying material with high wear resistance and wear resistance, which can be used in the following occasions and fields:
1. The thin layer spraying of molybdenum spraying wire can be used to manufacture automobile mechanical parts, such as piston ring, synchronous ring and displacement element, so as to improve the wear resistance of its surface.
2. Molybdenum spray wire is used to enhance the wear resistance, and is used as a fine spray on the surfaces of worn automobile parts, such as piston ring, gearbox synchronizer parts, selector fork, mechanical parts and mechanical wear surfaces.
