Tantalum crucible refers to a type of tantalum crucible made from high-purity tantalum raw materials. Tantalum crucible has strong high-temperature resistance and deformation resistance, and is widely used in rare earth smelting. During high-temperature sintering, it is used as the carrier plate of tantalum niobium electrolytic capacitor anode, chemical container, sputtering and evaporation container, etc.

Sintered Tantalum Crucible
The sintered tantalum crucible is produced using the isostatic pressing sintering method. The isostatic pressing sintering method mainly includes processes such as high purity
tantalum powder isostatic pressing, high-temperature sintering, turning, and finished product inspection.
Stamped Tantalum Crucible
Stamped tantalum crucible is a type of crucible made by selecting
tantalum plates and then undergoing a series of processes such as rolling, annealing, pickling, shearing, and mold stamping. It also belongs to a type of seamless tantalum crucible.
Machined Tantalum Crucible
Machined tantalum crucible is a seamless tantalum crucible made by cutting
tantalum rods and then undergoing rough turning, precision turning, inspection, surface polishing and other processes. It is suitable for small-sized tantalum crucibles.
Welded Tantalum Crucible
Welded tantalum crucible is a type of crucible made by selecting
tantalum sheets and then rolling, annealing, pickling, shearing, bending or rolling, welding surface treatment, and other processes. It is mainly suitable for crucibles with large dimensions, thin wall thickness, and high processing difficulty.
